We worked with our friends at Kraemer Design & Production and the team at Mississippi Children’s Museum to design, develop, and fabricate an original interactive for their new Wonderbox gallery. This unique interactive challenges guests to Create Really Amazing Flying Things with custom foam shapes we created for the exhibit. They are then able “launch” their CRAFTs which will fly on a track around the gallery space. This interactive involves creativity and problem solving as the guests build, test, and rebuild their amazing Flying Things.

A CRAFT
An example of a CRAFT. All CRAFTs need to have the base block and rod to mount to the launch track, but which foam pieces are used, and how they are assembled is entirely up to the visitor.
Launch Site
The visitor places their CRAFT in the holder at the launch site and watches as their CRAFT launches up the ramp.
